Terms & Conditions — 2ggame Platform Agreement

01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 2ggame ("2ggame", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally licensed online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 2ggame.app.

2ggame provides online gaming services including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, live casino games, slot games, fishing games, baccarat, and associated promotional services. All services are offered to eligible players in accordance with these Terms and the applicable international gaming license under which 2ggame operates.

These Terms apply to all users of the 2ggame platform, including visitors, registered players, and anyone who accesses the site in any capacity. References to "the Platform" include the 2ggame website, any mobile-optimised versions thereof, and all games, features, and services made available through those interfaces.

These Terms are provided in English. For Pakistani players, the English version constitutes the authoritative and binding version of this agreement. In the event of any inconsistency between this English version and any translated summary, the English text prevails.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of 2ggame is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 2ggame enforces a minimum age of 21 for all registered players. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the laws of any particular jurisdiction.
• You are accessing 2ggame for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party or commercial enterprise.
• You are not currently subject to any self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion agreement, or court-mandated exclusion from gambling services.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing online gambling services is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you take sole responsibility for determining and complying with the laws of your own jurisdiction.
• You are not an employee, agent, contractor, director, or shareholder of 2ggame or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game providers.

By registering, you warrant that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above and that the information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination.

03 Account Registration & Security

Each eligible player may hold only one registered account on 2ggame. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

During registration, you must provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid email address, and a contact number. This information will be used for identity verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") purposes in accordance with 2ggame's obligations under applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username and password).
• All activity conducted through your 2ggame account, whether authorised by you or not.
• Notifying 2ggame immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Ensuring your account details remain current and accurate at all times.

2ggame will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Any communication purporting to request your password is fraudulent and should be reported to 2ggame support immediately.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is available to all 2ggame players and is strongly recommended. Enabling 2FA adds an additional layer of security to your account and is particularly advisable given the PKR balances and personal financial information associated with your 2ggame profile.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

2ggame maintains player accounts in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No foreign currency conversion is applied by 2ggame to player balances.

Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and debit/credit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at 2ggame's discretion without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on 2ggame:

• Deposits are credited to your PKR balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 2ggame is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.
• Minimum deposit amounts and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are published in the 2ggame cashier section. These limits may be updated periodically.
• All funds deposited to 2ggame must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests are processed by 2ggame within the timeframes published in the cashier section. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes following successful KYC verification. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day.
• 2ggame reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to source-of-funds evidence and enhanced identity verification.
• Withdrawals will only be returned to a payment method registered in the same name as the 2ggame account. 2ggame does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within one hour under normal operating conditions. Network congestion on the TRON blockchain may cause delays beyond 2ggame's control.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

2ggame offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and cricket-season specific promotions tied to PSL, Asia Cup, and ICC World Cup events. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time of the offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific promotion terms. Bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement cannot be withdrawn.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live casino and sports betting contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be used and wagering requirements fulfilled within the time period specified in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one active bonus may be held per player account at any given time.
• Abuse Prevention: 2ggame reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines, at its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk offsetting bets, using strategies designed to exploit bonus conditions, or colluding with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. Players who have self-excluded, are under age verification review, or whose accounts are under investigation are not eligible for bonus offers.

2ggame reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that this does not negatively affect any bonus that a player has already qualified for and is in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements on.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the 2ggame platform — including sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, fishing games, and baccarat — are governed by their individual game rules in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms prevail unless the game rule specifically addresses a matter not covered here.

The following general gameplay conditions apply across all 2ggame products:

• All game outcomes on 2ggame are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the game as conducted by the live dealer. 2ggame does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Sports betting odds are determined at the time a bet is placed and confirmed. Odds shown prior to bet confirmation are indicative only and may change before the bet is accepted.
• Bets placed after an event has commenced (in-play betting) are subject to the odds and conditions applicable at the time the in-play bet is accepted by 2ggame's system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, 2ggame reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Winnings generated during a demonstrably malfunctioning session may be voided.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all 2ggame products. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface.
• All cricket betting markets — including PSL match odds, player performance markets, and tournament outright markets — are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the Sports Betting section of 2ggame.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are expressly prohibited on 2ggame and constitute material breaches of these Terms. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account per individual, household, or IP address without prior written authorisation from 2ggame.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 2ggame platform in any manner not approved by 2ggame.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or RNG weaknesses to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games, poker variants, or any multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the 2ggame platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financially criminal activity.
• Providing false identity information or submitting fraudulent documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing 2ggame from a jurisdiction where doing so is explicitly prohibited by local law, while falsely representing your location to circumvent access restrictions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from any 2ggame software, content, or intellectual property.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person or operating a betting syndicate through a personal 2ggame account without explicit written authorisation.
• Using credit facilities, loans, or funds belonging to a third party to fund a 2ggame account without that party's knowledge and consent.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the 2ggame platform — including but not limited to the 2ggame logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, software, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of 2ggame or its licensed third-party game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 2ggame platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any 2ggame content for commercial purposes.
• Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on 2ggame software or visual assets.
• Removing or obscuring any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices from 2ggame content.
• Using the 2ggame name, logo, or brand identity in any way that implies endorsement or affiliation without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 2ggame intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and/or criminal legal action.

09 Privacy & Data Protection

2ggame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on 2ggame, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data protection principles applied by 2ggame include:

• Personal data is collected only for specified, legitimate purposes directly related to providing the 2ggame service and meeting regulatory obligations.
• Player data is not sold to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Industry-standard encryption (256-bit SSL) is applied to all data transmissions between your device and the 2ggame platform.
• Players may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data subject to 2ggame's legal retention obligations by contacting [email protected].

10 Account Suspension & Termination

2ggame reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match fixing.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after being requested.
• Discovery that the account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
• A player's own request for self-exclusion under 2ggame's Responsible Gaming provisions.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon account closure, 2ggame will return any legitimate, unencumbered PKR balance to the player via their verified withdrawal method, after deducting any amounts owed to 2ggame under these Terms. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent activity or pending investigation may be withheld pending resolution.

Players may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Voluntary closure does not automatically constitute a self-exclusion request; players who wish to self-exclude must explicitly invoke the Responsible Gaming self-exclusion process described in Section 12.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 2ggame's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the 2ggame platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by the player to 2ggame in the 12-month period immediately preceding the claim.

2ggame shall not be liable, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, for any of the following losses regardless of whether they were foreseeable:

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, anticipated savings, or goodwill.
• Indirect, special, incidental, punitive, or consequential loss or damage of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile network outages, or device failures on the player's end.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Losses arising from events outside 2ggame's reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, telecommunications failures, or force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 2ggame's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12 Responsible Gaming

2ggame is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling practices. The platform enforces a minimum age of 21 and provides all registered players with the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately upon activation and can only be decreased instantly; increases require a cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure time-based alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your access to 2ggame for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) to take a break from gambling.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 2ggame for a minimum period of six months. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. During self-exclusion, your account is closed and you will not receive any marketing communications from 2ggame.

13 Amendments to These Terms

2ggame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 2ggame will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or display a prominent notice on the 2ggame platform for a reasonable period prior to the changes taking effect.

Continued use of the 2ggame platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using 2ggame and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

The date of the most recent update to these Terms is displayed in the hero section at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 2ggame holds its international gaming license. The specific governing jurisdiction is published in the licensing information section of the 2ggame platform.

In the event of any dispute between you and 2ggame, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through direct negotiation by contacting 2ggame support at [email protected]. 2ggame undertakes to respond to all formal dispute notifications within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the independent dispute resolution process administered by 2ggame's licensing authority. Details of this process are available upon request from 2ggame support.

Nothing in this clause affects your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction of residence.
